SatinTouch™ Drum Perforation

Precision-punched and electro-polished drum perforations protect textile fibers, minimizing friction while maximizing water extraction efficiency.

  • Solid 3 mm plate thickness (AISI 304). Unlike thin sheet cylinders prone to flexing under heavy loads, our 3 mm solid shell maintains structural rigidity and circumferential tensile strength under high G-forces.
  • Precision radiused contour edges (R 0.5–1.0 mm). Perforations are deburred and radiused on the fabric contact side. Linens, microfibers and delicate garments glide smoothly, minimizing mechanical snagging and friction.
  • High-flow open area (pattern Rd 7 T 10). Generous 7.0 mm perforations in a staggered pattern deliver rapid soil and liquor evacuation with minimal hydraulic resistance, accelerating rinse cycles and optimizing water usage.

Option

GraviCore™ — Integrated Load Cell Mass Measurement

  • Suspension-integrated 4-point load cells. Four precision load cells mounted directly beneath the spring-and-damper consoles measure total net mass continuously in the vertical load path, without complex lifting mechanisms or maintenance points.
  • Dynamic bath volume and chemical scaling. Water intake and chemical dosing recipes can be proportioned to the measured linen mass, supporting consistent bath ratios across partial loads.
  • Predictive imbalance management. The pre-spin mass distribution is evaluated before acceleration, allowing the control system to select the appropriate safe extraction speed within mechanical tolerances.
  • Motor-power extraction endpoint monitoring. Tracking drive power decay during extraction detects when dewatering plateaus, supporting optimized cycle durations and standstill measurement of retained water in kilograms.
